Hi, I met you and bought your book in Johnson City at Barnes and Noble. It really was wonderful. It is the kind
of book that makes one feel let-down when the book is over because you want the book and the lives of the
characters to go on some more. It is also the kind of book that is hard to put down because you want to see
what the next chapter will bring. I will certainly read more of your writing. Keep on writing!!

Have just finished this book--could not put it down. I had read Pelican Watch--also a GREAT book and couldn't wait to get
another one by you. I have just been introduced to you as an author-and you are on my must read list. I am getting Windfall
and Shadows in the Grass next and I will pass on the books to my three adult daughters-- we are always glad to find an
author we can all enjoy. I will be looking forward to series about Western NC. We have seen so much over development in
just the eight years we have lived in Charlotte. It is bad enough in the city but when we see the devolvement as we travel
around the area of Western NC it makes me sad but also angry. Let us hope enough people start thinking conservation
and getting more involved. Thanks for the thought provoking books that are so enjoyable to read. C.C.

Hello Rose. i met you at Borders in Northlake Mall. I bought your book and i just finished reading it. OMG it
was really good. I was so glad that Hayden stayed in Chimney Rock and that her and Ben are "together'. I also

Rose, I met you on Friday at the Miami Book Fair. I finished reading Pelican Watch and could hardly put it down. I was
